How do I cancel my domain registration?

You can cancel at any time by messaging us in the Tide app. We’ll email you to confirm we’ve cancelled your subscription. If you cancel mid-subscription, you won’t receive a refund for the remainder of the subscription. This is because domains are purchased in “whole year” time periods. If you opt out of next year’s renewal, you will still own the domain until the end of the term.here. We're working on other currencies and we'll let you know if this becomes available. You can receive GBP into your Tide Business Account(s) from over 200 countries but only via SWIFT payment. Payments will be subject to the SWIFT scheme rules and the respective government policies applicable to each country. Tap "Support" in your app if you'd like to learn more about a country you're expecting a payment from. The amount of GBP SWIFT payments you can receive will depend on your Tide account limits. To view account limits open your Tide app > tap 'Details' next to your Tide Business Account > tap 'Account limits'. EUR payments can only be sent to your account form one of the SEPA countries and will be processed through the SEPA system. To receive payments in EUR, you'll need to get your SEPA IBAN and BIC (please note they are different than your SWIFT IBAN and BIC) and agree to the Tide SEPA T&Cs. Processing your cancellation can take up to three days so to avoid being charged for the following term, please request your cancellation a minimum of 2 weeks before your renewal date.
