Can a Cashier generate Payment Links or provide refunds?

At the moment only Account holders can use Payment Links.

Cashiers can request refunds, but each request must be approved by the Account holder. 

To request a refund in the app:

Go to ‘Transactions’ > select the transaction to be refunded > ‘Request a Refund’.

The Member Support team will then reach out to the Account holder for approval.
