How do I add or remove a Cashier?

To add a Cashier:

In the Tide app: Go to the ‘Admin’ tab > ‘Team Members’ > ‘Add a team member’

Add their first and last name, email address and UK mobile number, and select ‘Next’.

Select ‘Cashier role’, and confirm the details. 

Then, we’ll send an invitation with instructions to the team member.

The Cashier must open the email on their phone and click on “Accept Invite”. They’ll be prompted to download the Tide app, where they will need to verify their phone number, create a PIN and biometric authentication for the app.

To remove a Cashier: 

In the Tide app: Go to the ‘Admin’ tab > ‘Team Members’ > click on their name > ‘Remove team member’ at the bottom of the page.
