How do I refund payments taken with Tap to Pay on iPhone?

You can refund payments taken with Tap to Pay on iPhone, from the Tide app. They will normally be processed in 5-7 business days.

Go to ‘Payments’ > ‘Get Paid’ > ‘Tap to Pay on iPhone’. Then, tap ‘Manage’ > select the transaction you would like to refund > tap ‘Request Customer Refund’.
