What happens if I added incorrect details (email address or phone number) for a Team Member?

If your Team Member already has access, they should update their details themselves in the app, by tapping: 

‘Settings’ > ‘Personal Details’ > ‘Email’ or ‘Phone number’

Then they’ll need to approve the change by entering a code sent by us. If they’re changing their email address, we’ll email them that code, and if it’s their phone number - we’ll send them an SMS. 

If your Team Member doesn’t have access yet, you can remove them and send another invitation with the correct details.
