How do I cancel my Tide Accounting subscription?

You can cancel your Tide Accounting subscription from the app or on the web.

For businesses with multiple business bank accounts,, our new accounting plans Accounting Extra and Admin Extra lets you sync all of your financial data into one place for easy bookkeeping.   • In the app, tap: ‘Admin’ > ‘Open Accounting’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Tide Accounting plan’ > ‘Active plans’ > ‘Manage’ > ‘Cancel subscription’

  • On the web, click on: ‘Tide Accounting’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Tide Accounting plan’ > ‘Manage’ > ‘Cancel subscription’

If you're on a free trial, your access will end immediately. If you're paying for Tide Accounting, you’ll keep the service until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
