How often does ‘Profitability Insights’ sync to my expenses and income?

Profitability Insights syncs to your expenses and income daily. There are two ways you can do this manually as well, to see the most recent data: 

1. In the app, tap ‘Admin’ > ‘Accounting’ > ‘Insights’ > ‘Refresh’

2. On the Web, go to ‘Tools & Services’ > ‘Tide Accounting’ > ‘Insights’ > ‘Refresh’. 

To make sure your insights and reports are up-to-date you must:

• Complete all your bookkeeping tasks, so your Bookkeeping Score is 100%

• Ensure you've connected all of your relevant Tide accounts, and accounts from other providers, to the accounting add-on you use.
