What is individual assistance?

We want everyone to feel good about using our services. If you have any kind of disability, and you ask us for assistance, our team will see how we can help you. This might include alternative types of communication, or managing app settings. We also have fraud content in written and video with audio formats, so we can guide you to material that’s suitable for you.

  1. In the app, tap ‘Admin’ > ‘Accounting’ > ‘Insights’ > ‘Refresh’

  2. On the Web, go to ‘Tools & Services’ > ‘Tide Accounting’ > ‘Insights’ > ‘Refresh’

To make sure your insights and reports are up-to-date you must:

  • Complete all your bookkeeping tasks, so your Bookkeeping Score is 100%

  • Ensure you've connected all of your relevant Tide accounts, and accounts from other providers, to the accounting add-on you use.
