My account's been paused. Why is this?

Your account could have been paused for a number of reasons. For a full explanation of why we sometimes have to pause accounts, and what to do if your account is paused, visit our dedicated Help Centre page on this topic: https://www.tide.co/help-centre/routine-reviews/ is a Tide Accounting Extra and Admin Extra feature that lets you add, edit, and delete your upcoming tasks and deadlines as key dates. You can visualise them and receive reminders to keep track of all accounting assignments.

To view or add a key date, open Tide on the Web and go to ‘Tools & Services’ > ‘Tide Accounting’ > ‘Add key date’ or ‘View all’

If you downgrade to an add-on that doesn't support this feature, you’ll still be able to see your previously added key dates, and mark them completed. You won’t be able to edit, delete them, or add new ones.
