Most members receive their cards within 3-5 working days. If yours hasn’t arrived within 5 days, your trading address might be missing some details..
When you first open a Tide account, we’ll ask you to add one or more addresses, such as:
your trading, registered business or home address
You can select one of these for your card delivery while choosing your Tide plan, and replace it whenever you need to order a new card.
To check or edit your delivery address after you’ve ordered a card, tap the profile icon in the top right corner of your app. Then, tap 'Profile & Settings' > 'Business details' > 'Trading address'.
If you update the address, make sure that you then order a new card to the correct place, free of charge.
In the app, go to 'Payments' > 'Cards' > choose the card you want to replace and tap 'Replace this card'. Then, choose the reason for the replacement, and tap ‘Next’ to select your new delivery address.
