How do I refund an Instant Checkout payment?

In your Tide app, tap 'Get Paid' > 'Manage your Payment Links’ > select the paid link > ‘Request  customer refund’

We send you a message in-app within 24 hours to assist you further. If you don’t receive a message within this window, tap ‘Support’ in the app to let us know.
