What are the requirements for the image and description in my Instant Checkout Link?

The image file should not exceed 5MB and you can only upload JPEG or PNG formats. The description of the product or service must be 1000 characters or less.

We’ll deactivate a Instant Checkout Link if:

• the image or description doesn’t match what you’re selling

• the product or service doesn’t match your company’s nature of your business, or it’s prohibited

• the name of the item, the photo, or the description includes adult-oriented, offensive, or illegal content (this is up to Tide’s discretion)

• it breaches the Tide Terms of Use or any other terms and conditions you have agreed to with us Important: Tide is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the products sold by our members using Tide Instant Checkout.
