Please encourage the employee to apply for a National Insurance number as soon as possible. While there’s no strict time limit, getting a National Insurance number quickly helps keeping records accurate and avoiding HMRC issues.

You can select one of these for your card delivery while choosing your Tide plan, and replace it whenever you need to order a new card.
To check or edit your delivery address after you’ve ordered a card, tap the profile icon in the top right corner of your app. Then, tap 'Profile & Settings' > 'Business details' > 'Trading address'.
If you update the address, make sure that you then order a new card to the correct place, free of charge.
In the app, go to 'Payments' > 'Cards' > choose the card you want to replace and tap 'Replace this card'. Then, choose the reason for the replacement, and tap ‘Next’ to select your new delivery address.
