Yes. As long as you haven’t already borrowed the £25,000 maximum amount and you’ve made more than 6 full repayments, you can apply for another Start Up Loan. go to:
Admin > Payroll team > Work & Pay > Pay > enter the new amount > Save
To backdate a salary:
Update the salary and set the effective date as the first day of the new payroll cycle
Add a gross adjustment to make up the difference between the previous salary and the new one, and add it to the upcoming payroll run
Setting up an early pay date
Head to: Admin > Payroll > select the current month’s pay period > Actions > Change pay date.
Adding a net addition or deduction to your payroll
Go to: Admin > Payroll > select the current pay period and an employee > Add pay item > Net adjustment
Paying overtime and bonuses
Go to: Admin > Payroll > select the current pay period and an employee > Add pay item > Gross adjustment.
Then, set the adjustment as pensionable or not, add the amount and save the changes.
Reimbursing employee expenses
To reimburse an employee for an expense, head to: Admin > Payroll > select the current pay period and the employee > Add pay item > Net adjustment
