How do I log in to my account from a new device?

To log in to your account from a new device, follow the below steps:

1. Download the Tide app via the Google Play Store/App Store to your new device. 2. Open the new Tide app and tap 'I already have an account'. 3. Enter the e-mail address you used to create your Tide account. 4. Enter your phone number. This can be the phone number registered to your account or a new one. 5. Complete the onscreen instructions. 6. You'll receive an email with a hyperlink for you to click. You'll then be asked in your Tide app to enter the one time passcode we sent to you over SMS. 7. Take a selfie to verify your identity. You should then be able to log in, though this process requires security checks which may take up to two hours for us to complete.
