How do I change my invoice template?

Currently, you can’t change the template design, but you can change these in your invoice settings:

  • Company logopaid plan, you can call us from the app every weekday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., except on bank holidays. Simply go to Support > Phone > tap the phone number.

  • Email addressSupport to open a chat and request a call, or email hello@tide.co if you can’t access the app. Please include your phone number and a brief summary of how we can help.

  • Phone number

  • GSTIN

  • Default due date

Follow these steps to change your invoice settings: Support > Fraud in the app.

  1. Open your Tide app and go to ‘Invoice’.

  2. Tap on ‘Manage’ at the top, and then on ‘Template’.

Some of our teams are available only on weekdays, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., but we’ll always get back to you as soon as possible.

To see how your invoice looks after you’re done changing invoice settings, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Tide app and go to ‘Invoice’.

  2. Tap on ‘Manage’ at the top, and then on ‘Template’.

  3. Select ‘Preview’.
