What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

If a device has been lost or stolen, you should contact us at hello@tide.co so that we can prevent anyone from accessing your account.

You can also then recover your account on a new device by following these instructions.

Once you've done this, you can remove your account from your old device.

To do this, log in to your app on your new device, and go to the 'Payments' tab.

From here, tap the profile icon on the top-right corner > 'Profile & Settings' > 'Login & Security' > 'Manage Devices'. Tap on the Trash Bin icon on the right to delete the installation from your old the device.
