Do I have to close my old account?

If you use the Current Account Switch Service to switch, your old bank will close your old account. This ensures that any payments made to your old account are automatically redirected to your new account. If you would like to keep your old account open then you are free to do so, but you won’t be able to use the Current Account Switch Service to do this, and you will not be covered by the Guarantees. Speak to your new bank and they can help explain your options.and phone number. Applicants who are not based in the UK may apply for a business bank account, as long as they are directors of a company registered with UK Companies House. In some cases, we may have to complete additional checks in order to process your application.

Don’t forget – you’ll need to switch your App or Google Play store to the UK to download Tide.
