Most members receive their cards within 3-5 working days. If yours hasn’t arrived within 5 days, your trading address might be missing some details..Full Switch Out, we will move all of your payment arrangements over to your new provider. This includes your list of payees, your standing orders and direct debits.
When you first open a Tide account, we’ll ask you to add one or more addresses, such as:
We will close the Tide account you're switching out of on your chosen switch date.
your trading, registered business or home address
You can select one of these for your card delivery while choosing your Tide plan, and replace it whenever you need to order a new card. Partial Switch Out, you'll be able to choose which direct debits and standing orders to move to your new provider.
To check or edit your delivery address after you’ve ordered a card, tap the profile icon in the top right corner of your app. Then, tap 'Profile & Settings' > 'Business details' > 'Trading address'.
If you update the address, make sure that you then order a new card to the correct place, free of charge.
In the app, go to 'Payments' > 'Cards' > choose the card you want to replace and tap 'Replace this card'. Then, choose the reason for the replacement, and tap ‘Next’ to select your new delivery address.
