Can I download a statement with a custom date range?

You can download statements with a custom date range from the app. Tap: ‘Profile’ icon in the top right corner > 'Profile and Settings' > 'Bank account' > 'Statements and documents' > ‘Account Statements’ > ‘Custom date range’. Select your desired date range and then download. You can do this from the web too: log in on your computer, choose the account you'd like to download statements for, then click 'Account details' > 'Statements' > 'Statement type' > 'Custom range'. The end date can be up to 3 days ago and can contain transactions for a period of up to 6 months. If your statement holds over 2,000 transactions, we'll email you a secure link instead.

For future domain name renewals, we’ll automatically charge you using your saved card details. 

If you’re registering a domain name through Startup Hub after signing in to your Tide account, your payment will take place through Stripe. You’ll need to provide your card details, and you’ll pay for the domain registration immediately. Your domain name will be assigned to you within a few minutes
