Will I receive individual support if I’ve recently been scammed?

If in the unfortunate event you have been targeted by fraud, you will be supported by two teams:

  • The Fraud Rapid Response (159*) - directly handles your fraud case

  • The vulnerability team - supporting any additional requests which may be a direct result of falling victim to fraud.

*If you think you’ve been a victim of fraud, please call us on 159 immediately.
