Promotion

1. . Tide Platform Ltd Tide offers up to £250 monetary reward to all applicants who meet the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3 below Promotion.

2. Terms. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions Promotion Terms.

3. Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the applicant must: a. complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 4). b. download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete checks KYC and successfully submit an application for an account between 17th March 2025 - 30th April 2025 Promotional Period. Tide reserves its right to open a Tide business current account Tide Account for the applicant only after they have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide Account by the closing date of the Promotion. c. spend £100 minimum on their Tide Account, excluding withdrawals from ATMs, and any disputes and recharges, within 60 days as of opening of the Tide Account, d. subject to specific device related eligibility checks and verifications, successfully order a Tide Card Reader within the Tide app and use the Tide Card Reader to accept at least £2000 of payments into the Tide Account within 60 days of delivery of the Tide Card Reader device. e. hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide Accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Rewards under this Promotion.

4. Promo Code. The applicant is required to enter the promo code TCRBCA250 Promo Code

a. While signing up for the Tide Account during the Promotional Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or b. While signing up via the Tide app, or

c. Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s 'Account Details Refer a friend Redeem’ within one (1) week of opening their Tide Account, or

d. By notifying Tide’s Member Support team through the in-app chat within one week of opening their Tide Account.

5. Reward

a. For each applicant who has successfully opened a Tide Account by meeting the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3(a), 3(b), 3(c) and 3(e), a £50 monetary reward will be applied to their Tide Account (Reward).

b. An additional £200 reward will be applied to the new Tide Account if they also meet the Eligibility under clause 3(d) above (Additional Reward).

c. It can take up to 8 weeks after the applicant has met the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3 above for the requirements to be validated and the relevant Rewards to be transferred to the applicant’s Tide Account.

6. Miscellaneous

a. This Promotion applies only to new Tide members who are opening/connecting a Tide Account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Promotion.

b. Participation in this Promotion is restricted to one per Tide Account.

c. We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. The participant’s continued use of Tide’s services shall constitute their acceptance of any such amendments.

d. An applicant must use the Promotion as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.

e. Tide reserves the right to reverse any monetary Reward an applicant receives during this Promotion if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that the applicant has breached the Promotion Terms, the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide Account, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the Reward.

f. If Tide has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) Tide may in its sole discretion take any actions it sees fit in the circumstances.

g. Tide gives no warranty and accepts no liability in connection with this Promotion or other services/products or the participant’s use of them.

h. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide Account or a new Tide Instant Saver account.

i. Tide Card Reader is intended to be used by you for your business purposes only and is not provided for consumer use.

j. Tide Card Reader is provided by Adyen N.V. Tide Card Reader should be used in line with Adyen’s Restricted and Prohibited Products and Services list and should not be used for transactions relating to Prohibited and Restricted businesses as stipulated in the list.
