Evri Partner Rewards November 2024 Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers one year of free transfers, £75 monetary reward and 1% cashback on fuel purchases for 3 months to all applicants who meet the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3 below (“Promotion”)
2. Terms. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”).
3. Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the applicant must:
a) Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 4).
b) Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete checks (“KYC”) and successfully submit an application for an account between 02/11/2024 and 23:59 on 04/12/2024 (“Promotional Period”). Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Account for the applicant only after they have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account.
c) Make valid card transactions totalling a value of £50 (in one or multiple separate transactions), excluding withdrawals from ATMs, and any disputes and recharges, within 30 calendar days from the date they open an account.
d) Use their Tide card to pay for fuel at Service Stations and/or Automated Fuel Dispensers.
e) Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Reward under this Promotion.
(each of these sub-clauses referred separately hereinbelow as “Eligibility Criteria”).
4. Promo Code. The applicant is required to enter the promo code “EVRITIDE” (“Promo Code”);
a) While signing up for a business bank account during the Promotional Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or
b) While signing up via the Tide app, or
c) Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s ‘Refer a Friend’ menu within one (1) week of opening their account, or
d) By letting us know through the in-app chat within one (1) week of connecting their account.
5. Reward
a) For each applicant who has successfully opened a Tide business account by meeting the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3(a), 3(b) and 3(e) above, one (1) year of free transfers to any UK accounts will be applied to their Tide business account (“First Reward”). The First Reward will be applied and take effect from the next billing cycle onwards for a 12-month period.
b) For each applicant who meets the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3(c) above, a £75 monetary reward will be applied to their Tide business account (“Second Reward”). It can take up to 8 weeks after the applicant has met the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3(c) above for the requirements to be validated and the relevant Second Reward to be transferred to the applicant’s Tide business account.
c) Each applicant who meets the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3(d) will receive 1% cashback, up to £25 per month, up to £75 in total, on eligible fuel purchases for three (3) months (“Third Reward”) from the account opening date. The Third Reward will be applied and take effect from the next working day onwards for a 3-month period. Eligible purchases include payments for fuel either at Service Stations or at Automated Fuel Dispensers. The cashback under this Third Reward is calculated at the end of each month and paid during the next month (for example, for payments made in Month 1, cashback will be paid in Month 2). Card transactions will count towards the cashback calculation based on the date the money is taken from the Tide business account (although Tide may, at its own discretion, include transactions executed before the end of the month even if the money is taken from the account the following month, without double counting). This may not be the same date that the card transaction was made. However, Tide aims to make the cashback payment within 14 working days after the end of each month. If any cashback has been given or calculated incorrectly, Tide reserves the right to reclaim or deduct payments from the member’s Tide Business account, including with respect to card payments for anything that the member later cancels or returns for a refund. If the Tide Business account is terminated or disabled for any reason, then any cashback payable will be deemed to be forfeited. Tide reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any cashback Tide believes has been obtained fraudulently. Important to note: Merchants or the merchant banks get a specific code based on what they sell or the services they provide. This code is called a Merchant Category Code (MCC). Tide uses the MCC to work out whether the applicant can earn cashback on a transaction. Tide does not control what type of code a merchant gets and Tide is not able to change this code. This means that in some cases, a merchant might sell something that seems eligible for the Third Reward, but because of the MCC, the transaction isn’t eligible.
6. Miscellaneous
a) This Promotion applies only to new Tide members who are opening a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Promotion.
b) Participation in this Promotion is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
c) We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. The participant’s continued use of Tide’s services shall constitute their acceptance of any such amendments.
d) An applicant must use the Promotion as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
e) Tide reserves the right to reverse any cashback Reward an applicant receives during this Promotion if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that the applicant has breached the Promotion Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the Reward.
f) If Tide has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) Tide may in its sole discretion take any actions it sees fit in the circumstances.
g) Tide gives no warranty and accepts no liability in connection with this Promotion or other services/products or the participant’s use of them.
h) This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide account.
