Zetel Ltd – Tide Card Reader – Promotional offer Terms & Conditions
1.Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers £100 cashback (“Reward”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”).
2. Eligibility criteria:
- 2.1. Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3).
- 2.2 Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete checks (“KYC”) and successfully open an account on or after 15/04/2024 (“Offer Period”). Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the applicable Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide Account.
- 2.3 Subject to specific device related eligibility checks and verifications, successfully order a Tide Card Reader within the Tide app and use the Tide Card Reader to accept at least £500 of payments into the Tide account, all within 60 days of opening the Tide Account.
- 2.4 Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 4 below.
The standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts listed above should be read in conjunction with Payment Acceptance Terms and Conditions available here that govern the use of the Tide Card Reader device.
3. The applicant is required to enter the promo code ‘ZETELPOS’ (“Promo Code”);
- 3.1 While signing up for a Tide business bank account during the Offer Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or
- 3.2 While signing up via the app, or
- 3.3 Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s More menu within 1 week of opening the Tide Account, or
- 3.4 By letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening the Tide Account.
4.Receipt of the Reward
- 4.1 For each successful applicant, a £100 (Reward) will be applied to the new member’s Tide Account in the form of cashback;
- 4.2 It can take 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the Rewards to be validated and the Rewards to be transferred to your Tide Account.
5. Other
- 5.1 This Offer applies to new Tide members only. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Offer.
- 5.2 Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
- 5.3 Tide Card Reader is intended to be used by you for your business purposes only and is not provided for consumer use.
- 5.4 Tide Card Reader is provided by Adyen N.V. Tide Card Reader should be used in line with Adyen’s Restricted and Prohibited Products and Services list and should not be used for transactions relating to Prohibited and Restricted businesses as stipulated in the list.
- 5.5 We encourage participants to check these Offer Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend them and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
- 5.6 An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use their Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
- 5.7 We reserve the right to reverse any cashback Reward you receive during this Offer if the Reward was earned fraudulently or if it is found that you have breached the Offer Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide Account.
- 5.8 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
- 5.9 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to opening of a new Tide account.
- 5.10 We reserve the right to withdraw this Offer any time without any liability. We give no warranty of any kind nor accept any liability whatsoever in connection with this Offer or other services/products or your use of it.
